I recently received Dove Refresh + Care Volume Dry Shampoo to try in exchange for honest feedback of the product.

I purposely didn't wash my hair on day 2, which I normally do, so that I could truly put Dove Refresh dry shampoo to the test. The morning of day 3 I tried it for the first time on hair that visibly hadn't been washed for a couple of days. I was surprised at how light this product was compared to other dry shampoos I've tried in the past. It sprayed as a fine mist but not too thin. The scent was appealing and fresh. It was a pleasant surprise to see that this product did NOT leave a white residue as I've noticed on my dark hair from other dry shampoos - well done Dove! While my hair didn't look freshly washed, it did absorb enough of the grease to get me through the day.

I also tried this product a few times to give me some body & volume after washing so that my updo would stay put - it works quite nicely for this purpose as well.

I would definitely recommend this product to anyone who is wanting a dry shampoo they can count on!

It is my first dry shampoo i wasnt excpecting much because i have never used one before . I read the notice and spraid it about 20 cm away from my hair and i let it dry! It smells good and makes my hair less oily . The only issue is that i havé to put a lot on my hair ( the quantity depends on your hair length!)

The dry shampoo from Dove works decently well. I am trying not to wash my hair daily, and this keeps it looking fresh and clean. It is easy to use. I don't think it works any better than some of the other dry shampoos I have used such as Tresemme. As far as all dry shampoos go, I still prefer to use Batiste, but that product is expected to perform better with the higher product price.

Great dry shampoo! I have tried other shampoos and they have been ineffective or too perfumed. This is a great blend and an extremely effective dry shampoo. I'm definitely going to switch my brands now.

I received thisnproduct for free from Chick Advisor. I used it twice before writing this review. For me, it works great on second hair day, but anything after that I don't find this product absorbs the oil like I would like it to, I have oily scalp.
Price point is great, very affordable.
Why am I not reccomending it? The perfume. It's too strong for me and I'm not even sensitive to smell. I won't be buying it again simply for this reason, unless maybe they have a different one that I don't know about.

Love the dove dry shampoo it is great for getting you through for a couple days of not having to wash your hair. It makes your hair feel just like the day after you have washed it. It does exactly what is says it does makes your hair feel refreshed and clean. You don't need much for it to work so the bottle lasts for a long time. It is worth the time and money you would spend on it. Absolutely love the way it add volume without making your hair feel heavy.

I thought that this product was reasonably priced and worked very well. It does absorb all of the grease/oil quickly so it is reliable in that way. The only downfall of the product, and most brunettes can relate, is that the product is incredibly white so it takes a while to blend it in. I would prefer if the product was a bit darker so I didnt have to spend so much time doing this.

As a brunette, I'm always a little wary of dry shampoos since a lot of them leave a white cast in dark hair. I'm happy to report that as long as you don't go overboard this dry shampoo doesn't do that. I still only get about 1 extra day before I have to wash my hair, (how can some girls go a week without washing their hair?!) but that is enough for me! The spray nozzle is my favorite way of dispensing dry shampoo since it is less messy and more precise. Being a drugstore product, it is well priced and you can always keep an eye out for sales to stock up. I enjoy this product, but gave it only 4 stars because it didn't change my life or my hair routine.

It does work well and gives volume! I like it a lot except it smells too strong for my taste.

The Dove Dry Shampoo smelled great and matched up with the current dry shampoo that I currently use. I found that it sprayed evenly and didn't have any kind of residue. It was easy to brush out and didn't leave any white marks in my hair. I liked that it reduced the shine and made my hair feel soft. It also didn't compete with styling products that were used afterward. Would definitely recommend this and will be replacing my current one with this when it is time to buy a new one.
