So my hair is quite short and quite thick, as I shaved it in March of this year, and regular shampoo washes have started to dry it out with the fall and winter weather. I reduced washing to twice a week and was relying on dry shampoo for the rest of the week. I'm a nurse, so I'm running around a bit, I need a dry shampoo that will keep me from looking like and oil spill.

I loved the value of the Dove; you get a large bottle for a fantastic price! It smells fantastic, which is also awesome, because who wants to smell like a chemical ball. My only hitch with the product is likely due to the texture and density of my hair; I found that the product liked to clump a bit where my hair was denser, and required a fairly good brushing out with my boar-bristle type brush.
After use my hair was soft, manageable, shiny, and bore no traces of having run around work for 8 hours, and that is really all I can ask for as a busy nurse on the go.

This is a fantastic product for people who don't want to wash their hair every day! The light formula and fresh scent makes my hair feel great, and it smells great all day long. You definitely can't beat the price, too! I recommend this to everyone.

Dove Refresh Dry Shampoo was my first dry shampoo experience and I must say, I'm impressed! I was a little worried how fresh my hair would look, as my hair is fine. Putting it on was really easy and it smelled really nice, which was a plus. I left it in the couple of minutes as instructed and just brushed. My hair looked fresh and thicker. It held the style really well all day too! There was no residue or anything. For a couple hours, I did find I noticed my hair felt off when I touched near the roots. I could feel product for sure. But to look at it, nothing was there. As the day went on, I didn't feel it for long. My hair felt great!

I would recommend it to others. Now that I have a darker hair colour, it's nice to not have to wash it all off washing my hair each day! I'm sure this will be a nice option for a lot of girls who don't want to wash out their style everyday. This was a nice surprise. Thanks, Chick Advisor! You've got me sold on it!

I'm an avid user of dry shampoos and have a couple of go to brands that I like that include one drug store brand and one salon brand. I was really excited to try the Dove Refresh and Care cause a girl can never have too many options. I used it on a day I would have normally used a dry shampoo and since I'm well-versed in my weekly wash and dry shampoo routine I can say for a certainty that it was the brand that made the difference this week, and not for the better. I sprayed my roots and brushed it out like I would with any other brand of dry shampoo but this Dove product still left behind loads of residue. This residue made it look like I had dandruff for a good 24 hours. When I went to wash my hair, it took 3 shampoos to rid my hair of the residue. Not cool. The other MAJOR downside was it made my hair feel like straw!! This one was not an easy thing to fix either so I went a full 24 hours with a head full of straw. #Gotitfree and good thing to cause it was such a terrible product that I will never use it again nor even hand it off to a friend. Take my advice, try a different brand for Dry Shampoo. (I use Dove Advanced for my shampoo and conditioner so they're not a bad brand, but this product is a giant #fail.)

I received Dove Refresh + Care Volume Dry Shampoo from ChickAdvisor. The first thing I noticed about this product is the amazing smell! I hadn't washed my hair for a couple of days and been to the gym so my roots were fairly oily, the Dove Dry Shampoo definitely gave my hair volume and helped soak up the oil. I liked that it was easy to use and came in an easy to use aresol spray can. I have used other dry shampoos before, I think this is great for the value and quality.I would definitely recommend the Dove Refresh + Care Volume Dry Shampoo to my friends and family, and would purchase for myself. #gotitfree

I received Dove Refresh + Care Volume Dry Shampoo for free from ChickAdvisor in exchange for my reviews. I hadn't washed my hair for a couple of days when I used the product so my hair wasn't too dirty, but the Dove Dry Shampoo did perk up my hair so it didn't look so limp. I liked that it was easy to use and I especially liked that I didn't have to hold my breath when I sprayed my hair. I have used other dry shampoo aerosol products before and was so overwhelmed by the spray that I had to hold my breath and close my eyes, but thankfully not with Dove. I would gladly recommend the Dove Refresh + Care Volume Dry Shampoo to my friends and family, and would purchase for myself #gotitfree

My favourite thing about this product is the incredible smell. I absolutely love it! I also like that it doesn't cause my hair to look grey, like other brands have. It blends really well and keeps my hair looking fresh! This product is definitely worth buying.

So i am quite skeptical when it comes to Dry Shampoos, my hair gets quite oily quite fast and i find most not working. I don't expect commercial quality hair after using it but hey a little something would be nice!
After using the Dove Refresh + Care Volume Dry Shampoo i did notice that it helped my hair shine more than look blah and dingy.
Unfortunately it didn't soak up enough oil to really say it WORKED. In a pinch it would work for me. But for now i guess i'm stuck with traditional shampoo.

I was a little late reviewing this but here I go, great smell and I have fine hair that gets oily every other day, its pretty good for the price I checked into it, one of the cheaper dry shampoos. Adds body but only get 1 extra day out of it for me then I need to wash, I'm not an expert on dry shampoo but I don't like to spend much so I would buy this again just for an extra days freshness.

I was very excited to be chosen for this! I've tried a few different dry shampoos and this one held up pretty well compared to some of the others. I LOVE the scent! I think that is my favourite thing about this product. I spray it on my hair in the morning before work, and the scent lasts all day. I was hoping it would add a bit more volume to my hair, but I couldn't seem to get the lift I was trying to achieve. ( I may not have been using enough ) I would recommend this product to anyone that likes to refresh their hair when they haven't washed it, but I must say that it is not my favourite dry shampoo. I am still very happy to have had the opportunity to try it, and would buy it at a sale price in a pinch. Thank you chickadvisor!
