It's a really nice light weight formula. Doesn't leave a sticky film and doesn't make you look like dandruff. I use it to control my frizz. I usually stick to all dove products

This product made me break out and be super itchy by head. I probably wouldn't recommend nor purchase that brand of shampoo. Have not tried conditioner either
