My hair is very stubborn. It often has fly-aways (even while in a ponytail) and it rarely holds a curl.

With the Dove Style+Care Flexible Hold Hairspray, I was able to run into the house, undo my ponytail, spray a little hairspray, brush my hair back into a ponytail and run back out of the house. My hair stayed in place for the next few hours, and it didn't look like I had a helmet on. Ponytail out and off to bed (without brushing), and I woke up with my hair still trying to go back a bit.

I haven't had a reason to curl my hair in the past 1.5 weeks, but I have a feeling that it would keep the curls going and touchable for several hours, but probably not all night (it would however probably fall into a beautiful wave)

I received this product for free by being a member of the Product Review Club for the purpose of testing and reviewing. Pretty good hairspray, the scent is not overpowered like other brands. I have used this on a client and even she commented about the smell. Hold is pretty good as well and it does not leave any residue either.

I don't usually use hairspray because it's always gross and sticky feeling but this hairspray is far from that . It's perfect my hair isn't left crunchy and gross it's a light hold which makes it easy to brush out whenever .

This hair spray works very well. It is easy to spray in and holds the style together nicely without making my hair hard and crusty feeling. I really enjoy using this and will continue to use it in the future.

I've tried many hairsprays before,and I have to say about this one is that it has a light/okay smell, and it hold my curls in place all day.It also does not weight my hair down. I would definitely recommend this to my friends and family!

This is the first hairspray I've used in many years that wasn't from a salon. I was pleasantly surprised with how well it works and nice it smells.

The flexible hold is great, and, unlike many other hairspray so labelled as 'flexible hold', this one really is - my hair stays in place without getting hard, and I can still run my fingers through it.

I like a hairspray that doesn't leave a sticky residue or smell like Classic hairspray (you know the smell).

Dove's Hold Hairspray comes in an aerosol can, to which I would prefer a non-aerosol bottle - that whole paranoia about cans exploding!

This spray sprays on evenly from about 20cm away from my head, and has a really nice light scent - it's not a typical hair spray smell.

I also like the texture and feel - it doesn't make my hair feel sticky or straw like, but more natural.

It holds my hair well, especially with a pony tail under my winter toque! I can take off my hat and my hair isn't a disaster! This is a real concern in Canadian Winters.

Overall, I would recommend this hairspray and it's a good price point compared to similar higher end brands.

I have black, thick hair and I iron it every day to get it fairly straight. I hate hairspray that gives my hair this heavy, crunch feel and thank goodness the Dove flexible hold hairspray doesn't do that! ChickAdvisor sent me this product to try out and I was nervous at first because there's only a handful of brands I would use. The hairspray is light and tames my hair for a large portion of the day. It's a pretty good product!

First off I must say that I never use hairspray, due to the way it hardens your hair and just makes it stiff. What an absolute peasant surprise to use this hairspray, and end up with shiny hair, that stayed in place after I styled it, and sprayed on the hairspray. My hairstyle stayed put, but my hair is still movable, and full of body, and not hard at all, but actually soft :)

The Dove Style + Care Flexible Hold Hairspray is a very good value for a flexible hold product. I received this as part of the #ExperienceDove Product Review Club Campaign through ChickAdvisor. To be honest - I didn't realize Dove made hairspray! I think this product is an excellent choice for day to day use, nicely scented but not overpowering. Provides a fairly good hold with no stickiness. I used it on my dry hair as opposed to slightly damp as instructed - but results were still great!
