I like this the performance of this spray. It's light and flexible and holds decent for most of the day. However, my hair is fine and this does not give enough to hold my hair for intense styles. It will give a nice polished look and keep fly aways at bay.
I do not like the heavy scent.

I received this product free to try from Chick Advisor. I don’t normally use hairspray, because I have naturally curly hair, and hairspray tends to leave my hair crunchy. I did give it a fair shot though, and was pleasantly surprised. I did not use much at one time, but it pasted down those little fly-aways around your hairline very nicely, and helped my curls hold their shape, even with a noontime walk by the harbour. I only applied this to freshly washed hair, and no other time, because I was afraid it wasn’t all going to rinse out between shampoos, and product buildup is a real issue with hair like mine. I liked the product, but had to use very sparingly.

I received Dove Flexible Hold Hairspray to review from Chick Advisor. I have to be honest and say that I haven't used hairspray since the 90's! And I can say I miss hairspray! I sprayed this on my hair and immediately noticed that it did not feel hard (like a helmet), it still had movement but at the same time held everything in place. And the smell! Not like the alcohol scented ones back in the day. It had a light airy scent, almost like baby powder. I have a new love for hairspray now! #ExperienceDove

I wanted to love this product, because I am interested in hairspray that allows for movement, but this one I am not sure about.
The hair styles I choose to test this product out were blow outs and longer styles, no up dos.
I found that while it gave me the chance to play with the styles, the overall hold I was looking for wasn't achieved the way I would hope.
I might use this product for styles that I don't mind changing throughout the day, but would choose some other product to help with the overall hold.

While I usually love Dove products, this hairspray was not for me. It wasn't "horrible", rather just "meh"...so I won't be spending that kind of money on it in the future.
The flexible hold was nice, and I appreciated that my hair didn't become hard, sticky and crunchy. Unfortunately the hold didn't...well...hold very long. I went out with my girlfriends for a couple drinks, and by the time I got home a couple hours later, my hair was F-L-A-T! (and we were just sitting around, so there was no sweat or anything to contend with)
The other thing I couldn't get past was the scent. I'm not scent sensitive...but the coconutty smell was just tooooooo much for me.

I was quite impressed with the Dove Style+Care Flexible Hold Hairspray! I loved the flexible hold to it. It sprays on a lot softer than I expected and held for hours! I used it on curls for a night out, it held all night long. This product was very effective! It lived well up to my expectations! I definitely recommend it! Loved the smell of this hairspray! It worked amazing for my hair! It had a great hold, and held up the entire day for me. I have really been enjoying this hairspray and I will definitly buy this one again. I highly recommend it for anyone looking to try a new hairspray.

This is the first time I have tried a dove hairspray and I quite like it. It performs just as well as my other hairsprays. It smells great and its a flexible hold spray so it is easy to restyle without the crunchy feeling.

I use hairspray daily and was very happy to try this. It definitely provides a light weight flexible hold and none of the stiffness. No white flakiness either after brushing my hair the next day. I found it worked perfect for natural looks and updos, but for any curls it wasn’t enough strength and had to spray quite a bit more in order for it to hold. This is definitely a product I will continue to use and would not hesitate to purchase again.

I received Dove Style+Care Flexible Hold Hairspray for free trial from Chick Advisor and Dove. I have used it for 3 weeks now to ascertain accurate results.

The spray smells really good and held my hair in place. However, since my hair is fine I don't think it tested the product to its max. Ladies with thicker hair might have to look elsewhere. The hairspray retails for CAD 9.99 and is well worth the price tag, even though it is a little more expensive that big store brands. I would certainly recommend this conditioner to my friends and family.
