The Dove Style + Care Flexible Hold Hairspray is a very good value for a flexible hold product. I received this as part of the #ExperienceDove Product Review Club Campaign through ChickAdvisor. To be honest - I didn't realize Dove made hairspray! I think this product is an excellent choice for day to day use, nicely scented but not overpowering. Provides a fairly good hold with no stickiness. I used it on my dry hair as opposed to slightly damp as instructed - but results were still great!

I don't use hairspray often, but when I do, it can be hard to find a hairspray that will not only do its job, but also not cake in my hair and leave white residue. I love how light the Dove Style+Care Flexible Hold Hairspray is and it does a pretty good job at helping keep my style in place. Since my hair is heavy and I have a lot of it, it needs some extra touch ups during the day to keep the hold, but it doesn't leave any white residue on my hair or feel heavy (which can be so annoying with other hairspray brands). I've definitely recommended it to some friends who have been on the lookout for a light feeling hairspray that provides a flexible hold.

I had never used this brand of hairspray before but I was definitely impressed. It holds very well but didn't get hard or crispy feeling. I would buy this brand for sure again.

I got this to try for free from Dove and chickadvisor!! Thanks guys. So I like this hairspray. It works well to tame my frizz and help my fly aways stay in place when I am wearing my hair up. It holds up for about an 9 hour work day pretty good as long as you are not doing anything too strenuous. When working out it started to show but that like any hairspray. I like that it did not feel flaky or crusty in my hair. That is on of my major pet peeves about hairspray. It went on light with a nice smell. You don't have to use a ton to get it to work. I would not personally use this unless my hair was up a I am not a wear hairspray when my hair I down kinda girl. The problem I have with it is the price. I can get a product that work just as good for half the price. Granted some of the proceeds of these products go to the Dove self esteem fund which I think is a fantastic cause. It's just a little pricey for me. All I all a pretty good product.

This hairspray is definitely a flexible hold! I can use it and still have a natural look with lots of movement. My favourite thing about Dove Style+Care Flexible Hold Hairspray is the amazing fragrance it has! Such an awesome "finishing touch product" before leaving the house each day.

Not a huge hairspray fan, I use mouse but the hairspray works well. Smells good. Nice hold without being to "sticky" It's nice to see Dove being so innovative. I will admit I have my favourite brand when it came to hair care products, but now I will be buying something that works better :) Thanks Dove

I received this product from Chick Advisor's Product Review Club. This is a great hairspray, the mist is fine and the smell is pleasant without being too strong. I got the strong hold and it definitely delivered, it didn't leave my hair too stiff either, which is nice. I'd buy this again and recommend it.

Love that is provides hold while still leaving your hair soft and not stiff . It is a great product . I definitely would recommend it to others . Love that is not an overwhelming scent and that it is a big size bottle which is a great value

I really like the scent of this hairspray. It's fresh, clean and reminds me summer. As far as hold goes, it didn't quite hit the mark for me. The can says that it has strong hold however within a few minutes my hair went limp. Personally I like a hairspray that will lift my roots and hold them there. To me this hairspray behaved more like a light/medium finishing spray. For my typical structured hairstyle this hairspray won't do. It did work well for a messy, unkempt , bed head look I tried. I can appreciate the fact that it doesn't leave hair sticky, crunchy or unmanageable.

Dove style+care flexible hold hairspray claims to give strength and shine while providing flexible hold with natural movement. I put my hair in a messy bun on the top of my head and used the hairspray to tame my fly aways. It lasted for a few hours and then they were back. I thought it was maybe unfair seeing as how I did a "messy bun" so I attempted the next day while curling my hair. This seemed to work better for me unless my fly aways were more easily blended into my hair?! I'm not sure. I've used it about 5 times since receiving it and I don't think it provides anything special, especially for its price point. It does add a nice shine to my hair but that is not enough compensation for not hiding my fly aways and frizz. In regards to strength and helping prevent dry/split ends, it works! It does hide and prevent those and that is a hair issue I am burdened by! Lastly, the smell is terrible!! Dove should seriously consider changing the scent. It reminds me of men's after shave which isn't fitting for hairspray?! Definetly more manly and musky than I prefer for my hair. Overall I would not recommend this hairspray as there are cheaper options that provide equal or greater benefits to hair care.
