It is a nice light hair spray that allows for a natural look. It does not leave a sticky residue or a crusty, helmet head look. I liked the fragrance which was not overpowering.

I don't typically use hairspray when styling my hair (I have a short pixie and typically gravitate toward spray wax), but I did like this one. It gave me a sleek look without making my hair crunchy. It was also effective at keeping my braided bangs in place. I could see myself using this as I start to grow my pixie out. This product was sent to me by ChickAdvisor for review.

I don't often use hairspray, but I was very pleased that the Dove Flexible Hold Hairspray left my hair soft. It wasn't stiff and still felt soft. On the down side, it smelled a little too much like alcohol when I first sprayed it. It did fade quickly.

I don't use hairspray very often, but I really liked this Dove Style+Care! It held my hair in place, and didn't make it feel hard or sticky at all! My hair was still able to move, but the flyaways were tamed. I'd definitely use this again. Probably not every day, but when I have important occasions to go to.

To be completely honest Dove Style+Care Flexible Hold Hairspray did nothing for my hair. I have very stubborn hair that needs to be almost glued into place with a maximum, extreme, mega, etc type of hold. I would recommend it for those who have hair that behaves well and needs a slight hold.

I actually really liked this hairspray. I received it for free from Chick Advisor and was pleasantly surprised of the quality. Now, I'll say first that this hairspray does not seem like a good hairspray for formal events or heavy duty hair styles. It worked better as an everyday wisp away the flyaways on my pony tail sort of kind. It comes in a nice container that isn't too bulky like some hairspray bottles; it won't take too much cabinet space up. It has a great smell to it that is long lasting and not too over powering. I loved how my hair didn't feel sticky or hard after using it. I don't use hairspray too often but I do like this hairspray and plan to use it on simple occasions.

Let me preface this review by saying I'm not a fan of hairspray in general. I do need it if I curl my hair, but otherwise, I just don't use it. Dove's Flexible Hold Hairspray is alright, in my opinion. It doesn't have a very strong scent, unlike some hairsprays I've used (hello, L'Oreal Elnett). It holds my hairstyle fairly well, but it does make my hair crunchy in some areas, depending on how much I've sprayed.

Overall, this isn't a bad hairspray but it doesn't overly wow me either. I'd probably buy it if I needed hairspray. As a side note, I looove the packaging and aesthetic of the Dove Style+Care line, so while I might not use this product often, it looks nice in my bathroom. ;)

#ExperienceDove I got this product in the Dove product review club set. I do not hairspray my hair daily but luckily enough I had a few events that I needed to go to so I ended up curling my hair. Usually, any normal drug store quality hairspray has my curls falling out quick but this product holds up much better! It smells nice and does not leave you with rock hard curls rather gives a soft and shiny hold.

I am not a typical user of hairspray. In my world, hairspray is reserved for a special occasion, when my hair style needs to last all day. That being said, I gave this product a shot as part of my daily routine, and I was pleasantly surprised! I'm used to hairspray being super sticky and crunchy, but this was pleasantly flexible, and left my hair feeling great through the day. It also smells great, which is a definite bonus!

I'll be honest. I don't use hairspray a lot. I used to get physically sick at the smell of my mom's hairspray back in the 80's, which probably has a lot to do with the fact that I don't use it much now. That all said, I was pleasantly surprised at the scent of the Dove Style+Care Flexible Hold Hairspray. It certainly is not nearly as strong smelling as the one that made me sick years ago. I was also surprised at how effective the hair spray is. It held down my frizzy winter hair without making it look stiff.
