I buy this item when it goes on sale and it has a great smell as well. i recommend using a little bit to test your hair at first and it definitely gives my hair volume

Dove has moisture...really that's enough. I trust AL Dove products, so I was not surprised to see it give me the lift I needed.

The hair gel comes in a transparent squeezy tube. The lid closes tightly, so you can drop it in your travel bag and not worry about it leaking out. The hair gel is transparent and has the usual gel-like texture but it is not sticky at all. It is a water-based gel and feels really lightweight. My hair does not become stiff with this and feels as soft as it was before I applied this gel. The gel has a very mild, pleasant smell. The smell is so mild that you may not even notice it.

Since I have tried a few Dove products, I am " sold " and use their products from head to toe.
Great company and great products is important to me.
I receive comments on my hair and how full it appears , plus shiny .

Dove makes a very nice affordable gel that leaves hair volumized, and light weight. does not weigh it down or leave hair feeling greasy. would definitely buy it again

DOVE HAS COME ALONG WAY WITH THERE LINE OF HAIR CARE PRODUCTS.. THIS GEL WAS GREAT FOR BRINGING UP VOLUME, AS WELL AS HOLDING THE STYLE I WAS GOING FOR. IT DIDN'T FEEL HEAVY, AND FELT NICE WHEN USING, PLUS YOU DIDN'T NEED TO USE A LOT. IT'S WORTH A TRY.

I used this gel on my son, as he really wanted to sport a Mohawk this year. Being a young, active kid, when he came home from school his hair was still spiky! Dove Style+Care Volumizing Gel kept his spikes in place, without getting sticky and flat after a day running around under the hot summer sun. I'd definitely buy this product again!

I have tried this recently thru a promotion to try and report back on how I liked it. I really like it. I use it mostly on the ends of my hair, but my hair is long, so have to cover quite a bit. It leaves my hair sooth and tangle free, not so dry. I get a lot of perms, so this is perfect for my try hair. Helps tame it down.
