Good value conditioner

Out of all of the Dove hair products I've tried, I like this one most. It leaves my hair conditioned and light, not weighed down at all. Great value product!

It Didn't 'Wow' Me ...

Alright, so it's been nearly a week since I received this little bottle of creamy, delicious smelling goodness to review. Thanks to ChickAdvisor for the full sized sample! 🙌

It comes in a bottle that looks identical to mousse, and dispenses the same way (it was actually mistaken for, and used as mousse by an unnamed individual *ahem* 😂). It is thick and creamy and smells like heaven!

It is applied like normal conditioner, after washing. Leave on for a minute or so, and rinse away. I have to admit, it felt different applying to my hair. My current conditioner goes on in a thick, creamy coat. I find the Dove Ultra Care Mousse loses its thickness upon application, like it dissolves right in to your hair and feels like there's nothing there - not necessarily a bad thing.

It rinses well, and for someone with finicky hair, I'm happy to report that it doesn't leave build up/residue or weigh my hair down. My long hair was tangle free after getting out of the shower. A +1 for any product that can keep these locks smooth & untangled when wet ✔

My hair has bounce, volume and smells great 🌼, however, I didn't experience any miracles ... but realistically, who would after only a few days use? 😂

PROS: Smells wonderful. A little product goes a long way. Leaves hair light, refreshed and soft. Price point isn't too shabby, either. Very gentle on sensitive skin.

CONS: Trying to dispense the mousse in the shower with wet, half soapy hands is akin to playing with jello 🤦‍♀️ This was a big 👎 for me.

Overall, I wasn't 'wowed' by this product, but I do like it and will probably purchase it at some point if on sale.

Good conditioner

Thank you for letting me try this product for free. I really like the scent of this conditioner,it is very delight. I can feel my hair is very smooth and soft after wash. I am still not into the mousse yet though. My hair is very long so I need a lot of the product, the packaging make my life hard in slippery wet situation. I generally like the product but not the package, I guess I am going to try this same line in other format when I am run out.

Great product!

I actually really liked this product! I was a little be skeptical at first as I thought there might not be alot of product in the bottle being an aerosol but was pleasantly surprised at how much product there was! I also really enjoyed the smell and how easy it was to apply. I always find I use too much conditioner but since the mousse makes it seem like more product I feel like I wont use as much! It also made my hair soft and east to brush and the smell was great too!

Mousse conditioner....Who would of thought!

I received the conditioning mousse a few days ago..and was really excited to try it. The first time i used it i figured it would be the same as the regular conditioner, but soon realized that i would have to put alot more mousse in my hair than i would regular conditioner. I do like the product, My hair does feel clean, detangled and conditioned. I would recommend this product. The only drawback is that it would probably cost me more money in the end as i have to use alot more of the mousse to actually feel that my hair is conditioned than regular liquid conditioner

Volume that speak at Volume

Trying out the Dove Conditioner Mousse was a delightful and a luxurious experience...It is such a great new innovative product and it just makes my hair feels lush and full of volume...great texture easy to use and easy to get it out of hair... my hair felt so good and taken care of so happy with the results I am glad was chosen to try out this fantastic new product

Great product, but frustrating packaging

The product works well. It is smooth and light, and my hair feels less heavy after I've used it, and it really does a good job of conditioning and detangling. My only complaint is that the button to dispense the product is hard to push and the product comes out too slowly so that it is hard on my fingers. If they could fix this problem, I would be in love with this product. It is so lightweight and effective! I got this product free from a product review club offer.

Just as it says!

So thankful for this mousse! My hair is thin and dry (thanks to so much heat styling!) so I was eager to find a product that helps with my wavy hair. This product smells great and works wonders!

Worth a try

I don’t usually use mousse but worth a try. Used it after the shower twice. Hair kept in place and the fragrance was nice as well. Did not have to use much either

A friend came over to wash and set my hair,( for a specail occasion ) and she brought this product with her.l found it work good on my hair and want to use it.so l intend to purchase.
