I don't really understand soap bars, but when this was given to me in a basket, I was willing to try it out in the shower. Though it probably doesn't dry your skin out to the same degree as other bars, I still find the effect to be drying. Slippery while you wash, followed by a dry feeling after the shower. It cleans you off fine, but I would rather use a gel and loofa, and not feel like my skin is so stripped after use.

I found that this made my face break out in a very red rash..i would not use it again

Don't like this makes my skin dry would not buy this again.

Smells bad. Finished showering and felt like I had a film on my entire body. Overpowers your perfume

I have sensitive skin and dove I give 5 stars for skin care, how ever I do find that after a couple of hours after taking a shower my skin doesn't feel as it felt after washing

I love the smell but I feel like I'm coated in wax after.

the scent is nice, cleanness feel good but it leave my skin SUPER dry! so itchy and can see skin flakes come out.

I am not a fan of the Dove Beauty Bar Soap. I tried it because my skin is very dry. This soap just made me itch. Didn't help at all with dryness, just added to my skin issues.

I've never been a fan ov these. For me they are very hard to rinse off and very oily.

I wasn't overly impressed with the after effects of this soap.
I felt as though it left a film on my skin even after rinsing really well.

I prefer to stick with a scented bodywash-I will not be buying Dove soap in the future!
