Softens well, wish the scent would stay more on the clothes though...I love the smell when the clothes are spinning in the washer but it doesn't stay :(

We live in an appartment and have a washer and dryer in the appartment. I don't like using the dryer all the time and and started hanging our clothes to dry but the clothes would dry up all hard and not fluffy like in the dryer, so a friend to me about Downy Infusion Liquid frabric softner and I went out to buy some. I fell in love, not only does it make your clothes smell so nice but when hanging your clothes they dry up all fluffy and soft. Will continiue to use this product

I received a pkg of downy infusion in the mail as a sampler and absolutely loved how my clothes smelled and felt after using it. I went out and bought some and use it in every load of laundry. The freshness lasts and it's not an over powering smell which is great . I would definitely recommend this product.
