This Dr.Brandt Pore Refiner Primer is a 2in1. It can be used as a skin treatment and/or under/over makeup. It instantly absorbs oil and mattefies while minimizing pores, fine lines/wrinkles, and imperfections. This tinted formula dries quickly and leaves my skin feeling soft. The pump style dispenser with tube packaging ensures I will be able to squeeze out every last drop (and I will!). Without any hesitation, I will be buying more! If I were to find anything negative about this primer, it would be the fragrance. It is slightly stronger than I like and sort of chemical like? Regardless, the results are amazing and make this primer well worth every penny!

Not For Dry Skin

I received this as a sample. I found it was quite drying for my dry, sensitive, mature skin. I suspect it's formulated for oily skin.
I did not find that it refined my pores or made makeup less clingy on my skin texture. For this reason, it was not really effective for me.
It feels a bit like there's lots of alcohol in the product as it has a similar sensation of cooling and drying when you apply it.

I use this to fill wrinkles and it works!

I discovered that some primers designed to cover pores also work to fill wrinkles.This one works the very best I dab it on and it completely minimizes. A little expensive but worth it.

Did not like at all

i did not like this primer, its super thick and i found it really clogged my pores and made me break out more than i normally do, i will not be buying this again and i would not get it if you have acne prone skin

Good Product but not Great

The primer itself is expensive and although it is pretty good at minimizing pores for the price I do feel it should be better. The packaging is terrible. The pumping mechanism conked out on me after about 2 weeks and it became very messy. Long story short I would not buy it again.

Great product

Got this product as a sample from sephora and had to go back for the full size! It is great, light on skin and skin feels smooth and silky. It trully makes pores appear way smaller and smoothes out fine lines. Foundation goes down perfectly and stays on. It also helps with oily skin, since i started using this primer i havent had the need to use blotting papers throughout the day. Bonus points: you can wear it without foundation and look great

Il fait ce qu'il dit!

Je n'avais pas eu la chance d'essayer ce produit lorsque sur un groupe de maquillage, j'ai lu ce review: "Le meilleur apprêt que vous avez cherché !! J'ai vraiment testé beaucoup avant de trouver Le bon. J'ai la peau grasse et l'acné sujette. J'avais besoin d'un apprêt qui n'était pas lourd, pas gras, pas huileux et qui me maquillait toute la journée. Cette base de DrBrandt sauve ma vie. En plus d'être parfaitement parfaite pour mon type de peau, elle le traite en même temps. Donc ma peau est plus belle 👌
Si vous avez une peau grasse, vous avez absolument besoin de ce primer. À vendre chez Sephora ❤" Et... il ne m'en fallait pas plus pour que j'en aie besoin, ayant le même type de peau! 28$ pour le format mini, 50 pour le double du format, vous serez tout d'abord surpris par la texture si soyeuse de la base. Ensuite par sa couleur. Moi qui était habituée par des bases plus transparentes (MAC, Fenty beauty), celle-ci est plutôt couleur fond de teint, mais lorsqu'appliquée ne paraît pas du tout. Le produit fait vraiment ce qu'il dit, rafine les pores! Le résultat est optimal après une heure je trouve!

Excellente base

J’ai découvert ce produit et je ne pourrais plus m’en passer. C’est la meilleure base hydratante que j’ai essayé. Elle ne laisse pas ma peau grasse et ellen’est pas du tout siliconé. Malgré le prix un peu élevé, je la recommande fortement pour toute celles qui ont un problème avec leurs pores.
