Love this eye serum

The Dr Brandt Time Arrest eye serum is a fantastic serum to combat fine lines, wrinkles, and dark circles. It leaves the delicate skin under my eyes feeling soft and plump. I was able to pick this up for a fantastic price at Winners. I typically find Dr Brandt to be on the pricey side, so I usually jump when I see it on sale!!
