Just gross!

I picked up this toothpaste while looking for a fluoride free option and was excited to find a cinnamon flavour since it is so hard to find in Canada these days. It boasts 70% organic ingredients, which is great, and claims it “helps freshen breath, whiten teeth and reduce plaque”. Well it wasn’t very cinnamony, breath freshening was not really noticeable, but, that’s not a huge issue for me. I certainly didn’t notice any whitening affects as I stubbornly used the entire tube because I didn’t want to waste it. The worst part of this toothpaste is it’s lack of any abrasiveness. It felt like it wasn’t doing anything and dissolved in my mouth quite fast so I had to keep adding more to my brush. And the gross part was that it left a powdery feeling residue all over my mouth! I just found this completely ineffective and felt like I had to brush my teeth after using it to get them actually clean and remove the residue from this toothpaste. I wish I didn’t torture myself by finishing the tube and had just thrown it out...
