I had never used coconut oil before until I bought this. I bought it to add to smoothies. This is fresh-pressed virgin whole kernal unrefined coconut oil. I actually ended up not totally loving it in smoothies (it didn't blend too well). But i used it to make my own scrubs and it worked well for that.
