Looks weird but does the job

This face mask was the first rubber mask I tried. Once mixed and applied, it reminded me of the scene from mrs Doubtfire where Robin Williams stuck his face in the cream cake 😂. However it left my skin feeling amazingly smooth and hydrated. Will definitely make this a regular in my skin care regime.

Such a fun product!

My favourite face masks! Theses masks are so fun, you mix the ingredients together and shake them up in a little cup, and use the included applicator to apply the mask to your face. The rubbery mask was so fun to peel off and made my skin soft and luminous. I kept the applicator to use for other face mask applications!

Masque Dr.Jart+

J'ai bien aimé ce masque, particulièrement pour sa fraicheur sur la peau et sa facilité à enlever. Je vous dirais que pour leur efficacité c'est bien, mais rien de fantastique pour le prix qu'il est vendu.

I guess it did the job...

I decided to try the Shake & Shot Rubber Brightening Mask yesterday and I must comment on the hype of this product first. I don't think it lives up to the "hype" of doing an at home rubber mask. However, after using the brightening mask, I did see a difference in my face. It gave it a beautiful glow. Therefore, I think it did the job fairly well. Only downfall for me was taking it off. I found this process to be a bit annoying in my opinion.

Save your money

I would say save your money. This mask is just not worth it. The cute packaging gets you, however the product causes a lot of mess.I was excited to try this out, but it didn't do anything for my skin.

best mask & so fun to make

Just finished trying the Hydro mask and I can confidently say it’s one of the best face masks I’ve ever used. I loved it so much that I’m definitely returning to Sephora this weekend to buy a few more. First, the packaging is just so cool that I couldn’t help but be intrigued by this product. Kudos Dr. Jart+. Secondly, the whole process was so unique and fun!!!! After you mix the two packets together and shake it up, you can instantly feel it change consistency in the container...it was wild! Very easy to do and super quick. When I opened it I was shocked that the formula had turned a bright baby blue. Very cool! It’s goopy, kind of reminds me of that slime you made in science class as a kid. What I loved is that it wasn’t messy and applied easily to the face with the spatula. You get PLENTY of mask goo which is great, I applied two very thick layers to my face with ease. I’d argue you could probably get 2 applications out of this mask, but it states on the container that it has to be applied to the face within 3 minutes of mixing. It’s unlike any other mask I’ve used before. After 15-20 minutes, it feels like thick rubbery putty on the face. I was amazed at how easily it peeled off all in one piece. Super neat and clean with no mess or hassle which is A+ for me! My face feels buttery soft and when I looked in the mirror my jaw dropped because my super dry, dull winter skin instantly looked hydrated and healthy. I’m not exaggerating...usually I’m not blown away by face masks but my skin seriously looked 10 times better, so supple and smooth!! If you’re considering trying these masks, get to your local Sephora asap because I have a feeling they’re going to sell out quickly! I can’t wait to try the other ones!!

Cute Packaging and Nothing Else

I have used Dr. Jart facial masks and for the most part I have been happy, that is, until now. Sephora had a cute display of what looked like a beverage container with a face mold as the lid with a straw sticking out, so I bought it. Well, this mask turned out to be the messiest production that I have ever faced. You have to mix two ingredients together to make a paste. The container is what you use to shake it. Then, you take the spatula and try to apply it evenly to your face. This is very hard to do because it was like applying good with a spatula. It was running down my face in some spots. As well, it was getting all over the bathroom counter. I kept it on for the length of time instructed. Then came the task of peeling it off. This was an effort. Some spots were easier to remove than others. It took as much time to clean up the mess on my counter and sink. My skin did feel moisturized, but no different than with the other masks that are sold by Dr. Jart. This is a novelty product and the novelty has worn off. I will never purchase this again.
