Good for health & skin

This is my 2nd bottle. I have done my research and Liposomal C helps fight COVID. Vitamin C is very important for our immun systeme. It is water-soluble so it has to betaken every day. The capsules are great size. They are not too large and easyto swollow. The dosage is big enough , so I take only one capsule every other day. I noticed my skin is clearer. Although the brightening effect was not very obvious, but I will keep on taking for health. And also I love the glass bottle. Wonderful brand and wonderful product.
