With no meat, it's a good vegetarian option & tastes delicious. The instructions are simple, the cooking time is within reason - so much so that you could definitely promote this as an after school, "I'm hungry!" option.
The only drawback was the price but with it being promoted with coupons and rebates, it could become a household staple.
