I use this in the morning to wash my face and it helps to keep my skin clear.I love how it feels,It offers gentle exfoliation . I use the aloe vera one everyday, it is soothing, I also use the charcoal one once a week for deep clean. On their website they recommend cleaning the sponge by dropping your it in boiling water for 20 - 30 seconds and to let it air-dry in between each usage.Another tip :the sponge will last longer if you dont twist it while wring it out.
