I received this as a gift and I have to say that this epsom bath salt soak is really good, It was in a small bag as part of set I was surprised how only a small amount scented the water so well and it is infused with essential oils as well so my skin felt really nice, the lavender relaxed me and helped me sleep.

These salts are very good. They help to smooth aches and pains,and the scent of lavendar helps me sleep better. I have even used them to make a scrub, just mix with a bit of body oil and scrub your skin in the shower! Easy and cost pennies. The huge bag is so well priced and lasts forever.
