Rice Dream enriched Vanilla Drink. It is Lactose and Dairy Free. It has an excellent source of Calcium, Vitamin D and B12. It is Gluten Free. It tastes very good, and if one can't drink milk it is excellent. It is not expensive. It costs about $2.00. The expiry dates are good, and it can be kept for a long time depending on the expiry date. It comes in a great variety of flavours.
Some of their flavours are Cholesterol free and Sodium free. It has many Vitamins.

I'm vegan, and this is literally the only thing I drink besides water. The unsweetened one tastes very bland, so I always purchase the naturally sweetened one, which tastes amazing.
