Normally love and trust #DrunkElephant products! The last one I bought at #Sephora was the Drunk Elephant Protini Polypeptide Cream and it is a super solid product, which I will purchase again, it delivers what it is meant to, the building blocks or foundational element matrix for under your #Moisturizer such as the Drunk Elephant Lala Retro Whipped Moisturizer With Ceramides - overall I would say DE products are a 4 or 5 star as a standard (and I like they are #clean #skincare) but this #sample left much to be desired for me. I know it’s hard to judge on a one-time #sample use but my experience was disappointing - I tried it as the leave-on #mask option and I didn’t like the texture/feeling as it was (drying/setting) on my skin and I didn’t particularly notice any difference to speak of... I believe in investing in good skincare but at $68CAD I don’t believe it’s worth it (pick something else from their line for your money) and its not one I would purchase or recommend to a friend. Perhaps if you use it as a serum it works better? #Skincare #Beauty #Junkie
