Dry, Augusten Burroughs' second memoir is just as amazing as his first. He is now in his twenties, an alcoholic, and has to go to rehab. This story follows his journey to getting well, and it's just as shocking, funny, and twisted as Running With Scissors. By the end I was balling my eyes out, especially when you reach a certain part (you'll know it when you read it, trust me!). Burroughs manages to write in such a way that captivates me so much into finishing his books in nearly a day. For a slow reader like myself, that's pretty fast! Don't read this until after you've read Running With Scissors though. No, it wont ruin anything, but it will give you a better idea of who he is if you read them in order.
