Duncan Hines is the only store bought icing at a reasonable price without and Dairy in it anymore. So this is the only icing we buy! It colors nicely and whips up perfectly. Holds strong when decorating cakes and cupcakes. And it tastes great!
Only problem... ITS HARD TO FIND IN MOST GROCERY STORES! EVERYONE STOPPED CARRYING IT! I have to travel across town to the closest Metro to find it. Thats not cool.

I sometimes do it the lazy way when baking and buy these containers of icing. I dump it in a bowl and beat it with an electric mixer and it makes the icing thinner and almost doubles it. I do find the icing a bit sweet but it's still good and my kids never complain. There's many different flavors and they are all good.

These icings are wonderful when you do not have time to make your own. I find they are easy to spread and taste pretty good for a shelf bought product. I like how they come in many different flavours!

I usually make homemade icing. When I feel lazy and want a great tasting alternative. I always go for Duncan Hines icings. I've tried most of the flavors and all were delicious and creamy. I highly recommend!

Duncan Hines Icing is a family favorite in my home.
it tastes so rich and creamy. We use it to frost birthday cakes, cupcakes and any other baked goods that require a good thick icing. We add a few drops of food colouring to the icing for decorating.
Almost as good as homemade.

Spreads easily, good consistency, a little bit too sweet.

Really good quality icing and super affordable. Love the flavors but mostly like french vanilla. Use this on cup cakes mostly now.

I love using Duncan Hines Icing! All of the different flavours are really good, such amazing quality icing and perfect for icing cookies, cupcakes, or cakes! I like that all of the different kinds are so creamy and thick.
