Don’t waste your money!

I was very confused in regards to writing this review! The product itself when working, is amazing. The steam it exudes is amazing and your ironing is done in way less time. The iron can also be used with heat only. The settings are variable. The iron itself is high quality but the chamber for water is plastic and poor quality. I am on my third unit. The first one burned out and was under a year old. They sent a replacement which I was very pleased about however that one is broken as well! There is a tiny hole that holds a wire holder to hold the cord out of the way . The cord is very thick and twists easily. While ironing, the wire holder tipped to the side and I noticed the holder has been enlarged and will not stay in. Within it, the cord is always in the way. We have put a call into customer service but no response. Too bad, this could be an amazing product with just a little bit more cost to the manufacturing! Too expensive to last such a short time !
