I am in LOVE, I have always liked my Dyson Vacuums and have had 4 in total. For Christmas I decided to spoil myself and buy a new vacuum cleaner as I wanted to get a full size one this time. In the picture shown is my new vacuum (DC77-chrome one) and is next to my old one (DC42-purple one). I have to say there is a difference, the DC77 doesn't have any filters what-so-ever, it actually picks up better and has LOTS of suction. The cord has a great length, I can do one whole level in my townhouse without having to unplug it and plug it into another outlet. It works on any type of floor setting and i am able to turn off the brushes when on un-carpeted floors. It is easy to empty and you can see how much dirt and grime you are getting rid of, rather then breathing it in. I do find it a little heavy and sometimes it is a little awkward to maneuver, but is still well worth it. The price is high but if you factor in the 5-year warranty it is worth it as if anything goes wrong they fix it for free and they do stand behind their product.
