SOOO GOOOOD

This is a May-only flavour from Earnest Ice Cream in Vancouver BC. It may be available at some retailers that carry Earnest. This is a pink sprinkle delicious ice cream with chunks of vanilla birthday cake. I always buy at least one jar every May. It is not too sweet and just the right amount of cake chunks. A must try!
