The Best Matcha Ice Cream

The title says it all. While some Matcha ice cream that I've tried has been bland, tasteless or too sweet, Earnest manages to hit just the right balance with their Ice Cream. I buy this by the jar, instead of getting it in a cup or cone, as that is the cheapest way to get it, but of course, it is still very expensive. I try to only buy this as a treat, since even though I love it so much, I can't have it all the time. The Green Tea flavour is so delicate, and well balanced, that it doesn't feel like you're just eating ice cream, you're getting a creamy green tea latte as well.
