Cheese and Ice cream???

When I first saw goat cheese and ice cream paired together, I was very skeptical. But since I'm not a chocoalte fan, I thought I'd give this fruity flavour a try. The sweetness of the cream in the ice cream pairs so well with the sour cherries and goat cheese, its something I've never tried before. Since goat cheese if quite delicate in flavour, it doesn't overpower the ice cream at all. If you're in Vancouver, and looking for something out of the box, give this flavour a try.
