Great stuff!

I highly recommend this for all mommas to be! The soothing aloe and cucumber helps with any soreness and tenderness down there after delivery. I didn’t use it for the first 2 days while in the hospital, but did once I got home. It definitely feels refreshing and soothing... and helps make things smell a bit better down there.

A must have especially if you had tares, an episiotomy, and/or hemriods. You'll want to spray it on after each bath and toilet use. Super easy to spray on. A lot comes in the bottle, I sprayed non-stop for a full week and still have about a quarter of a bottle left.
