Yummy tea

I’m not sure if this helped me or not but I liked having a warm cup of tea knowing it was organic and all natural. My baby was 6 days overdue. But the tea in general tastes pretty good.

My expectations were very low for what to expect for flavour. I have heard that raspberry leaf tea tastes like dirt. This blend is delicious, I don’t need to add milk or sugar! I don’t know how “effective” it is as there needs to be more studies done.
