I like using the Vanilla Almond Fresh in my morning cereal. It is a nice change from milk.

I've been using Almond milk in my breakfast shakes and must say that I've really enjoyed the Almond Fresh. I really enjoy the original and chocolate flavours. I was not a huge fan of the vanilla though.

Okay so I am a huge milk girl, I have drank a lot of milk since I was young girl. This product is nasty, I just don't think milk goes with almonds mixed together in a liquid form. Don't get me wrong milk and almonds are great by themselves, just not mixed together as a liquid for a person to drink. No offense to anyone who is a fan, this one just isn't for me...

I recently tried out the Chocolate flavour Almond fresh. The taste is pretty good, I would have preferred a slightly creamier taste myself, but overall it wasn't bad.

This is a great milk substitute especially for anyone with dairy or soy allergies. It has a great nutty taste and isn't high in calories/fat/sugar.

I love Almond Fresh!!! I am so happy I can eat cereal with a "milk" type product!! I struggle with the taste of Soy so I felt lost when I had to give up dairy! Almond Fresh is a very tasty substitute!!! I recommend it for anyone with allergies!!

    Few interesting facts I found:

It is a great substitution of milk (dairy-free) especially for people with lactose intolerance.
The original and the vanilla favour has half the calories of 2% milk
    It is certified kosher
It is wheat and gluten free

I managed to score a $1 coupon to try a carton.
I was at my local grocery store and saw this for C$3.99.
I really wanted to try it so I didn't wait for a sale.
    It is so good.
    I love the almond taste.
I love the smell of almonds.
I finished this in 24 hours...it is that good.
I highly recommend this to anyone (not allergic) to try this.
This is a great alternative to milk.
I can't wait to purchase another one.

Here is a great recipe for pancakes one of my favorites.

    Almond Fresh Classic Pancakes

    (6-8 servings)

1 cup unbleached all-purpose flour or whole wheat pastry flour
    2 tsp baking powder
    1/2 tsp salt
    1 cup Almond Fresh Unsweetened
2 tbsp canola oil or melted butter
    1 egg
    1-2 tbsp sugar or honey
    1 cup fresh berries (optional)

    1. Whisk together flour, sugar, baking powder and salt in a small bowl.
    2. In a separate bowl, whisk together Almond Fresh, oil and egg.
    3. Add flour mixture to egg mixture and stir just to moisten – a few
    lumps are fine.
    4. Cook pancakes on a griddle over medium heat.
    5. Garnish with fresh berries (optional).
