I have never used coconut flour before but I have heard great things about it. I decided to try Earth'sGifts Coconut Flour. You get a large 3 lbs bag of coconut flour and downloadable recipes with this. I tried the cookie recipes. Wow I was amazed. I will never use normal flour again. They were the best tasting cookies I have had. I have six very picky eating daughters and well they gobbled them up. I will be making many more recipies using this coconut flour.
