I have tried so many different kinds of earbuds but these were the first ones I've tired that had the extra plastic to secure them to your ear and this made such a huge difference for me. Usually my earbuds would fall out depending on what exercises I was doing and these never came loose let alone fall off. These are perfect for jogging and it's also great that it's Bluetooth and you can listen to music off you're phone, great earbuds.
