Clean your cookie sheets and more

None of us like to clean and scrub cookie sheets, baking pans and oven racks. But sometimes we just have to. I have a self cleaning oven but I don't leave my racks inside during the high-heat cleaning process. I learned (with my last oven) that the racks turn brown and get discolored. They always look dirty. So I started to take the racks and spray them with the Easy Off cleaner for cold ovens. Works beautifully.

I usually line my cookie sheets and various pans with Silpat. But sometimes it's just not possible. When scrubbing and elbow grease just doesn't do the trick I spray the spots with Easy Off Oven Cleaner for Cold ovens and it comes off beautifully.

Although I try to keep chemicals to a minimum, sometimes it's required when baking soda doesn't do the trick.
