I used to exclusively eat the sweet kale salad from this brand and one day I stumbled upon this one while shopping. What really pulled me to pick it up was the added peanuts. Peanuts are my favourite nut and I have rarely ever hated anything with peanuts in them. This salad was much better than my expectations. I love the crunch of the peanuts and the sweet peas. It also has a little spicy kick which balances out the sweetness the dressing has. I absolutely love this salad and I love to have it for a late dinner as it really does fill you up without giving you a bloated stomach like late fatty dinners usually do. I have even got my brother hooked on it.
