100% OF CHICKS DIG IT
I bought the set of four Eco Tools brushes from Walmart about a month ago, and I have fallen in love with them. I love the fact Eco Tools are a eco friendly company, and as an addition I love that the brushes are such good quality for your money, extra soft, and they make the application of my makeup routine a breeze. The blending brush is phenominal because if you find that you added to much eyeshadow to your crease or outer-v it just completely blends it away, but that also can be a bad thing if you're trying to use it to apply colour to the crease, instead of taking it out. The kabuki brush is great for softening up bronzer or blush, and the powder brush it perfect for applying loose powders because you can get the product into the bristles very easily and don't have to worry about getting any on your clothes, etc. And lastly, the concealer brush does a great job doing it's job to keep it simple. I really recommend these brushes, especially for the price as well as the fact that they are trying to make a difference because beauty does not need to harm the earth.
If you are looking for excellent makeup brushes and don't want to spend a fortune, Ecotools is a great option. These can be found at Walmart or your local drugstore and come with their signature bamboo handle. In fact all materials used in making these brushes come from sustainable and recycled resources, which is great for the environment as well. I love its reusable package and helpful tips on the back of the sleeve.
The quality of these brushes is so exceptional, you will be floored at how soft they feel against the skin and how well they apply your makeup. The brushes are very sturdy and if you take good care of them, they can last you forever. I find that the bristles, which are made of synthetic fibres, are dense and durable enough to provide you with an even application of your makeup. I did not have any problems with the bristles shedding, in fact, even after I washed them, they remained as good as new! The makeup I applied blended really well and I found it to give me better results than some of the more expensive brushes I own.
The best thing about this brand is its affordability. You can purchase each brush individually for approximately $5 - $10 CAD, or get an even better deal by purchasing a set of 5 brushes for approximately $18 CAD. They are also aesthetically pleasing and look very professional, you can mistake them for high end tools. Everyone should try these!
Eco Tools you can get at your basic drug store. So automatically you know it has a good price. These brushes are FANTASTIC. They don't shed! And you don't have to pay $30.00 per brush! Eco tools tend to come in kits but the prices are still low. I think everyone should try them. They are amazing. I have MAC brushes, Sephora brushes, they all shed, and I don't see why we spent so much for them, Eco tools does not shed at all! I love them!
I've recently become a big fan of Eco Tools. We were featuring them for our gift guide and I got the chance to try the brushes set. I use the Finishing Brush and the Blush Brush every day and the Angled Eye Shadow Brush most days.
The set is inexpensive, soft, durable and made from natural and sustainable materials. It comes in a cosmetic brush bag made from hemp, printed with non-toxic incs in a pretty floral design. Keep in mind, I am not a brush snob. I don't invest in expensive brushes, so I can't say how this would compare to higher end lines. I just know it works great for me and I've been really impressed with the line in general.
Eco Tools is designed by Alicia Silverstone and is available at Wal-Mart and on Amazon.com. For $13 (brush bag only) or $16 (5 piece brush set and bag), I think it's a pretty great deal for the quality of brushes you get.
Ecotools are eco-friendly and 100% cruelty free, which is why I decided to try this brand when I needed travel size brushes. I absolutely loved this pack. It comes with a powder brush, concealer brush, eye shading brush, and baby kabuki. They are all really soft, and didn't shed at ALL- unlike many higher end brushes that I have! They are inexpensive and easy to clean. They also don't have that bad smell that some brushes do when you first buy them. I am very pleased with my purchase! If I could find more ecotools brushes, this brand is all I would buy.
In my search for new make up brushes that were effective yet wallet friendly, I found these little gems! Why are they so awesome? Because they are self described as earth friendly beauty, and they definately deliver that at a price we can all handle.
They have a natural bamboo handle, which most of use know is a very sustainable plant, and takes more plastic and metal out of our landfills. The ferrule is recycled aluminum and the bristles are synthetic Taklon, which is 100% cruely free.
So after all that great stuff, how do they work? Amazing! Super soft, and they stand up to my repeated washings. I'm pretty picky how clean my brushes are. They feel great on your skin, even on my sensitive eyes and are great for blending.
This will be my brush of choice from now on, and I would recommend them to everyone, whether the "eco" part is important to your beauty routine or not.
Great set of synthetic brushes with bamboo handles. They hold up really well to washing. The blush brush is so soft, it feels like silk on your skin. The foundation and concealer brush are fantastic.
