I get the Eggo Plus Fibre for my son and daughter since it is a healthier option as my son is a health fanatic and my daughter is now 18 months so it's important to have as much healthy options as possible. These waffles are only 70 calories per two waffles which is great and they have so many added vitamins compared to the original waffles. The box says it all. It's a good source of fibre, they are made with whole grains and a source of 11 essential nutrients. These might not taste as sweet and nice as the originals but they are healthier and make a great breakfast when you are in a hurry. Just pop them in the toaster and when they pop put syrup or your topping of choice. My son tops it with peanut butter and banana and I usually just give my daughter with syrup. Sometimes you have to love an effortless breakfast.
