Very good but small

I love the convenience and taste of these. They are fluffy but small. There are not very many in a package either, but it seems to be just right for my toddler.

Pancakes in a hurry

I am a big fan of pancakes and sometimes I just don't have time in the morning to whip up a fresh batch. These buttermilk pancakes from Ego really does the trick. You can pop these pancakes in the toaster and in a matter of minutes they are finished. The pancakes are average in size. The outside layer has a nice crunch to it. The inside is warm (if you eat it from the toaster) and fluffy. The contrast of the crunchier exterior and light and fluffy interior is wonderful. You can buy these at Walmart, Loblaws or Food Basics. They often come on sale which is great!
