Not as bitter as the bokar blend but still bitter

I bought all three of Eight o'clock's coffee beans. The Bokar blend was my least favourite, and this one is my second least favourite. I prefer their original blend. This columbian peak one has a bitter taste to it which shouldn't be the case for Columbia flavour. The original one is not as strong and you do need to add double shot of espresso but at least it's not bitter like the other two.
