Controversial film about the events surrounding a high-school massacre. It follows separate characters in the events prior to, during, and after the school shooting.

Roger Ebert said it best when he said there was no pump up, no climax - just flat-affect. The director drained all energy and glamour from death - hence making an "anti violence" film. It had its criticism after release, but overall I thought it was a well done HBO film.
