I bought the e.l.f. all over color stick in golden peach for $1. For me the color does not work well for a blush, which is what I intended it for. It does work well as a shimmery eyeshadow or a lipcolor (as long as lip gloss is applied over as it is very dry). For me this product is a bit shimmery, but I will use it as an eyeshadow, I doubt I will buy another one.
The All Over Cover Stick from E.L.F. is basically a concealer/primer in shades complimenting a variety of skin tones from fair to dark skin. The shade I purchased was "Honey/Light. I do not use this as a primer as I found it to be cakey, especially on dry patches of the skin. As a concealer, a little goes a long way. I dab the tiniest amount of product onto a concealer brush or cotton swab and dab it lightly on any blemish or spot I need to cover up. The color is highly pigmented so you don't need to keep reapplying it to the same spot. However, make sure the areas you are applying it to are well moisturized beforehand, otherwise it will look cakey. I have tried using it as an undereye concealer and I need to blend it in very well for it not to look dry and patchy. I sometimes go over the spot with a damp sponge applicator to soften the concealer and then apply powder to set it. The color is more or less a match for my skin tone, but I will try going one shade lighter the next time I purchase it. The product will last a long time if you use it for minor spots, since it is dense and covers well.
What it is: colored cream stick that may be applied to eyes, lips, &
face.
Where to get it: EyesLipsFace.com
How much: $1
What I like about it: I love this color! It's sheer and gives off just
enough glow. Perfect for highlighting.
What could be improved: I know it only costs a buck, but there simply
just isn't a lot of product in it. I just want a little more bang for my
buck, that's all.
Overall: its worth a try. I don't necessary recommend this for everyone,
a lot of people might not find it useful. But if you're into makeup as
much as me, you'll find ways of including this in your routine.
