This eye shadow primer honestly isn't the best...
It is so thin, and if anything I think it makes your eye makeup crease even more than it would without the primer, shade is fine though. has a light shimmer to it but goes away once blended in.

This is not my favourite eye shadow primer, but it is definitely one of the best budget savvy primers I've ever used. It applies smoothly and keeps my shadow from creasing all day.

This is such an amazing primer it's hard to believe the price is just $1. It holds eyeshadow perfectly and there's no creasing for the entire day. This rivals some high end primers. I always have this and the champagne colour on hand.

The eye primer by Elf is pretty good I like it its pretty cheap and holds my shadow on great no creases I like It and it doesn't break the bank

Super cheap but really effective. Using this and my eyeshadow never creases.

This primer is SO cheap but works wonder. It covers little imperfection on your eyelids. It is simple to use with the applicator and it is not greasy. Love it! I really don't need the urban decay one.

I like this primer, it does what it says. I will use this one and my urban decay primer on days I wear eyeshadow. For the price, it really is a good deal

It doesn't work very well on my eyes, and I get crease lines very very fast. I'm not sure if it is the primer or if my skin is just to oily. Luckily, it was very cheap so I don't feel too bad about it. However, it may also be irritating my eyelids a bit sometimes, which only started happening when I started using it. But again, I don't know if that's the primer or just me..
