This is a great liquid liner for those just learning how to use it.. The brush is easy to use and the eyeliner is very simple to apply. You don't get too much on the applicator so you can be very precise and get a great look with little effort. This is a great product.

BEST liquid eyeliner on a budget. You can purchase it at target or directly from their online store- they frequently have the most amazing sales. There have been times where I have spent about $30 (including shipping to Canada) and have gotten around 20 amazing products. This eyeliner glides on easily and lasts a decent amount of time. Applying a primer beforehand will make it last drastically longer though.

Best eyeliner for those on a budget, you can buy them for just $1.00 at Target, and it works just as well as other high end liquid eyeliners, I would even compare it to mac's liquid eye liner for a fraction of the price, the brush is perfect for precision and easy to put on, it also stays on for a decent amount of time.

I first had my doubts about this company and eyeliner just because it's SO CHEAP! But boy was I wrong, it's just like any drug store brand, works well, stays in place, and TOTALLY worth the price!!!!

Another e.l.f. review! I spotted liquid eyeliner for a dollar at Target and snatched it up immediately. I've been out of liquid eyeliner and was going to get another bottle of Wet N' Wild's H20 Proof liner, but e.l.f.'s is actually cheaper.

The verdict? I love this stuff! It works better than H20 Proof in just about every way. It goes on nice and dark, it dries very quickly, and it doesn't flake off. The brush on this eyeliner is flat, but I think that allows for more precise application compared to a thicker or pointed tip. While this eyeliner isn't listed as 24-hour, it definitely stays on for a long time without fading or chipping off. Sadly, it will not survive sleeping, but it's lovely otherwise and goes on nice and smooth.

I always wear black eyeliner, but for those who prefer other shades, e.l.f. Liquid Eyeliner also comes in dark blue and also brown, if I'm not mistaken. And for one dollar, how can you go wrong? I'll definitely be buying this again when this bottle runs out. Nothing's better than beauty on a budget!

It comes out very easy. I find it easy apply it on my eye. Easy to come off when I clean my face as well. It stays on for a long time. if you don't have the money to purchase an eyeliner but want great quality, I would recommend this.
