Best eyeliner for those on a budget, you can buy them for just $1.00 at Target, and it works just as well as other high end liquid eyeliners, I would even compare it to mac's liquid eye liner for a fraction of the price, the brush is perfect for precision and easy to put on, it also stays on for a decent amount of time.

I first had my doubts about this company and eyeliner just because it's SO CHEAP! But boy was I wrong, it's just like any drug store brand, works well, stays in place, and TOTALLY worth the price!!!!

Another e.l.f. review! I spotted liquid eyeliner for a dollar at Target and snatched it up immediately. I've been out of liquid eyeliner and was going to get another bottle of Wet N' Wild's H20 Proof liner, but e.l.f.'s is actually cheaper.

The verdict? I love this stuff! It works better than H20 Proof in just about every way. It goes on nice and dark, it dries very quickly, and it doesn't flake off. The brush on this eyeliner is flat, but I think that allows for more precise application compared to a thicker or pointed tip. While this eyeliner isn't listed as 24-hour, it definitely stays on for a long time without fading or chipping off. Sadly, it will not survive sleeping, but it's lovely otherwise and goes on nice and smooth.

I always wear black eyeliner, but for those who prefer other shades, e.l.f. Liquid Eyeliner also comes in dark blue and also brown, if I'm not mistaken. And for one dollar, how can you go wrong? I'll definitely be buying this again when this bottle runs out. Nothing's better than beauty on a budget!

I found this at my local dollar store, surprisingly, and couldn't pass it up because it was so cheap. It works really well! The brush is thin and great for making precise lines. It stays put and doesn't wear off but is easily removed a the end of the day. Great product!

It comes out very easy. I find it easy apply it on my eye. Easy to come off when I clean my face as well. It stays on for a long time. if you don't have the money to purchase an eyeliner but want great quality, I would recommend this.

THIS IS MY HOLY GRAIL EYELINER. I always find self coming back to this eyeliner no matter how many i try. It is my favourite and the price makes having it irresistible! I've been using this eyeliner ever since i started wearing make up. I love it and highly recommend people check it out

I love this product. Lasts most but not all of the day without fading. For $3 I can't really complain though. I find that sometimes I have to go over my original lines a second time when applying makeup to make it more opaque but overall I find that it's better than Sephora liquid liner.
