I purchased this at a very reasonable price. I have never used eyeliner before,but I am happy that I tried it.

I was surprised to find the E.L.F. liquid eyeliner at my local Dollarama for $1.50. I decided to give it a try as I had predominantly been using gel liners. My first impression is that this eyeliner goes on smoothly and easily. I did a hand test by applying a line in my hand. I then rubbed on dry line and it did not budge. It was only when I used a bit of water it smudged a little. I then tried it on my eyes and found that it lasts for a good 8hrs without smudging. This is a good buy if you can find it at your local Dollarama.

The only time I was happy with this product was within the seven days of first opening the tiny bottle! It easily got into my eye (which turned my entire eye black), and the tiny brush was almost like a flimsy paint brush so it was easier to mess up while doing your eyeliner. Not very happy with the results after all the hype.

Having an oily skin including the eyelids, the product doesn't stay for a very long time. It smudges after a short period of time.

Great product. It definitely goes on smooth and in one go, so if you aren’t familiar or comfortable with liquid liners then I’d start with a pen then graduate to this style. I like that the brush is quite thin so I don’t have issues with my eyelid just looking like it’s all liner. Once dry this liner LASTS and is pretty easy to take off. My only issue is that you need to wait a minute or 2 for it to dry before you curl your lashes and add mascara or else it will smudge (however I just start on my hair then return to my eyes so really I don’t loose any time).

my daughter first purchased this item when cross border shopping and purchased it at wal-mart. it is such a wonderful product! goes on very easy and stays on. it is not very expensive and we always buy at least 10 when we shop. the velvety smoothness makes it one of our essentials. you gotta try it!!!!!

This product comes out a little thick and you have to be careful when applying it, but if you apply it correctly, it really makes your eyes stand out. You can't beat the price of it as well, as it is price greatly. I would definitely recommend Elf products to anyone.

I bought this eyeliner because it was cheap and other elf products that I have used were good. The color was great and was BLACK as it should be. The applicator was also nice because it is narrow and great for details. What I didn't like about it at all is that it doesn't dry quick enough and runs! I put it on, blinked once or twice and had ink in my eye!! I hardly had any on but it scared me a little because it looked like there was a film over my whole eye but it did rinse out!

I love this! It stays on all day and is really effective. Works better when its put on before any other makeup as when you apply it after foundation it tends to smudge throughout the day.

Elf brand is the BEST! If your looking for an eyeliner that stays put throughout the day, this one is the one to get! I got it for a great price at Target, but you can get the elf products anywhere. Tip: to get your eyeliner to stay put longer, get a fine-liner brush, pick your color of eye-liner, get the same color of eye shadow, and after you apply the eyeliner dip the brush into the eye shadow and put over your liner. That way you have guaranteed no smudge, or smear, eye-liner! :)
