You really can't beat the price! I recently looked closely at this company at Target and I couldn't believe that I had overlooked them before! This is a double-ended, automatic/twist-up eyeliner and eyeshadow. The liner is thinner and is the Pearl color - shimmery, sheer and white. The eyeshadow is thicker and is the Glow color - also shimmery and sheer, with a very, very slight pink tint to it on my skin, but not nearly as much as it looks like. The consistency is nice and somewhat creamy but not heavy. It is a nice go-to product for a quick look.
