It does the job, and well!
This is such a great little brush for a very low price ($1 at Dollarama!) Really packs on colour like a charm. Stays intact even after years of washing in hot, soapy water.
.
I love this brush I purchased a few in dollar tree this past week. I love using it as a concealer for eyebrows and also when I'm cutting my crease . This brush is very soft and isn't rough .
Super affordable!
I got this brush about 8 years ago when it was first starting to get popular! Back then it was only a dollar. I love this brush! Even though I have expensive brushes, I still use this!!
e.l.f. makeup brushes are amazing!
You really don't need to spend a lot of money on expensive makeup brushes when e.l.f. brushes are such high quality and good value. I've had three e.l.f. brushes that I've been using regularly for the past six months and none of them have shed or lost their shape. They also come in a wide variety for all your makeup application needs.
Why pay more?
I love the concept behind E.L.F., that beauty products shouldn't cost an arm and a leg. The cosmetic brush sets from ELF are a great example. They're super inexpensive (I think my set of 5 brushes and carry case was under $5), and I've found the quality to be equal to brushes costing $30 or more. Soft, but sturdy bristles hold the shadows beautifully until you apply it, and the control you get in creating your look is great.
I always feel like a model when I use the brushes; or at least like I know what I'm doing! Haha
I got this brush as part of a set and love it (I really like almost all of the brushes in the set). It works great for packing colour onto the eyelid. Easy to clean when done. Great brush.
I bought this brush at Walmart for, I think.. $1.99?.. it was around the $2 mark anyways... I will say that for the money, it is such great quality! I love it! I've paid more for other brushes that weren't nearly as good as this one.
Elf has recently updated all their brushes to be synthetic. This is a great basic brush for putting eyeshadow on. It picks up and deposits color decently. Its tapered enough that you could also use it to smudge. As this is $1USD, the quality control for this brush is all over the place, after ordering multiples. You may get a very prickly brush, or you may get a very soft brush, its really quite random. You may also get brushes where the ferrule detaches from the handle. In addition to that, there are still animal hair (pony?) versions of this brush floating around. (I honestly prefer the animal hair, they grab color much better, and the shape is much more versatile.) If you have delicate eyelids, I would recommend testing before buying if possible. Else, you may have to order multiples, which for $1USD, its not a bad deal.
I absolutely LOVE this brush! I have a ton of these at home, they are such great quality especially for the price. I find E.L.F as a company has one of the best brushes out there. Why pay $20.. sometimes more for a brush when you can get this one for $3!?!?!?
Elf brushes are great. I have two of these same brushes and i use them daily. I love the size and shape of their shadow brushes and they are a great price! I will always use elf brushes!
