A primer that can make even the cheapest lipstick last

I have never used the plumping end of this product, but the primer is my go to anytime I wear a cream lipstick. I own some extremely cheap lipstick in colours too good to part with, and pairing them with this ELF lip primer is a surefire way to get colour that lasts all night

I like the plumper side

I totally love that the plumper smells like cinnamon ❤ I don't like the primer and I wish they would make a full size plumper instead of the plumper/primer duo.
There isn't a lot of product but it's very inexpensive so I guess it evens out 🙂

My go-to!

Cheap and effective! Honestly I use the plumper all the time as a chap stick. Works great and really poofs my lips! It has a very strong cinnmon smell, but it's worth it!

e.l.f. Lip Primer & Pumper is pretty cool. It is a little tingly but super smooth. I would have liked a little more plumping but I was satisfied with the results. For the price it is well worth it!

This is the first " lip plumper " that I've tried and it was kinda bizarre. It's double sided with a primer and plumper, the primer is ok but when I applied the plumper it did nothing but burn and made the area surrounding my mouth red. It smells like pure cinnamon heart candy and I guess that's why it burns so much but it does not plump your lips at all.
