This is a great quality and feeling lipliner available from e.l.f. cosmetics.

The shades it is available in are great, and I love the shade I purchase it in (Bitter). It says it contains cocoa butter, and it definitely leaves a smooth, hydrated feeling on your lips. I am very happy with the appearance of this product. I appreciate that it comes with a sharpener right in the cap, as it is very convenient.

I look forward to trying other colours.
